As an innovative trailblazer, Elizabeth is ingrained in the fabric of modern strategic thinking, having honed her skills through an executive education at Harvard Business School. Her expertise is particularly emphasized in the realm of innovation theory and the sustaining  innovation. Currently, Elizabeth is enrolled at MIT [Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL)], undertaking a distinct emphasis on RPA (Repeatable Process Automation) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) – creating automation to replace redundancies in workflow and developing specialized code to generate hyper-realistic user-generated AI images for platforms like Getty Images. 

Elizabeth stands out in her ability to evaluate novel possibilities, pinpoint potential risks, and facilitate clients in bringing intricate perspectives to life. She has been instrumental in securing FDA approval for multiple animal health companies and their innovative products, doing so with remarkable efficiency. This notable achievement includes her award-winning work on Mirtazapine, a medication designed to combat weight loss and anorexia in cats. Elizabeth also leads North America’s largest Equestrian branding company, SP RHODES Equestrian Identity, which is now in the process of expanding globally. She also serves on three advisory boards providing consultation on subjects relating to maintaining disruptive scope and sustaining innovation.

Holding three business degrees, Victor blends artistic sensibilities with quantitative acumen, helping to create campaigns that resonate with audiences globally. Victor’s insights into creativity and brand storytelling have inspired a new generation of designers. His work has earned numerous awards, reflecting a career defined by intelligence, innovation, and an unyielding pursuit of excellence.
